IR prep pulse type

Use IR prep pulse type set to Enhanced with Myocardial Delayed Enhancement (MDE), Cine IR, Phase Sensitive MDE, and Single Shot MDE acquisitions. The User CV improves the robustness of the inversion in the presence of B1 and B0 homogeneity variations that can affect the IR pulse performance.

There are two options:

0 = Legacy, which applies the legacy IR Prep pulse.

1 = Enhanced, which turns on the enhanced IR Prep pulse.
