SVQ spectroscopy workflow

About this task

Use these steps to process SVQ spectroscopy data sets.

Open READY View and launch SVQ spectroscopy.
- When spectroscopy launches, the system automatically displays the localizer image and the screen capture of the spectrum.
- Values of the metabolites, ratios and voxel position information are displayed on the spectrum viewport.
Adjust the W/L and magnification.

To manipulate the localizer viewport, place the cursor over the image, right-click and select an option from the menu. The following are specific for a spectroscopy protocol. For more details, see Step Manipulation of the localizer viewport.
- Click Show/Hide PRESS box to toggle the white press box on and off.
To modify the localizer image, right-click in the desired viewport, select Set as spectro localizer and select a series. For more details, see Step Modification of the localizer.

Note, the compatible localizers displayed are the volume loaded at the opening of the session (functional volume, morphological volume). The volume computed during the session will not be available in the localizer list.
