Window Width and Level

Auto Window Width and Level WW/WL) is applied to all protocols except T2 Map.

MR General Review computes an optimal Window Width and Level for the functional map display in the viewports. The optimal WW/WL is computed based on the noise levels present in the volume and using the histogram data of the functional volume. Auto WW/WL ensures that the functional volumes are presented well in the viewports but does not exclude minor user manual adjustments.

W/L shortcut

• Press “w” on the keyboard to come back to the defaults window W/L settings (the one from the maps when they are calculated for the first time).
• Automatically set window width and level of the view currently pointed to by the mouse cursor (on the basis of the histogram of the pixel values in the view).
