Define User metabolites

About this task

Use these steps to define the ppm values for two metabolites.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. From the spectroscopy Review Steps, click Spectroscopy.
    • Note: that Brain or Prostate precedes Spectroscopy, based on the selected data set.
  2. From the Spectroscopy screen, click Adv Settings tab.
  3. From the Figure 3, click User Metab tab.
  4. Click and drag the sliders to define the ppm range of the newly named metabolite.
  5. Click Compute to recalculate all spectra.

    Click Reset or Reset All to return to the original settings or factory settings. Click Save All to save changed selections as the new default values.
