Copy/paste notes between series

About this task

Copy/paste Protocol Notes is only allowed within a session. Therefore you cannot copy a note from a series in the protocol session and paste it into a series in the scan session.

Use the cut/copy/paste tools to change the text in the Protocol Notes.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click the Protocol Notes tab in the lower-right corner of the monitor to open the Protocol Notes screen.
  2. Click and drag to highlight text within a protocol note.
  3. Click Copy icon.
  4. Select another series within the currently active session.
  5. Click Setup.
  6. Click Protocol Notes tab to view the protocol notes window.
  7. Place the cursor at the insertion point in the Protocol Notes window.
  8. Click Paste icon.
