To work with protocols, you must belong to the ProtocolEdit group. If you are not assigned to the ProtocolEdit group a message appears when you try to work on a protocol.Figure 1. ProtocolEdit message
Click OK to the message and consult with your site administrator, who assigns roles for each MR user.

Use these steps to reorganize protocols from the Worklist Manager.
Step-by-step instructions
Open the Protocol screen from a scan.
Once a scan has been initiated, from the Workflow Manager, click Add a Sequence.
If starting a new patient, from the Worklist Manager work area, click New Exam and Show All Protocols.
Select a library, filter, and anatomy.
Move protocols from the Protocol list to the Multi Protocol Basket.
To sort the Protocol list, right-click the list menu bar and select a sort option.
Click the list menu bar arrow to change the sort order (top-to-bottom versus bottom-to-top).
Use the to move a selected protocol or series within a protocol up or down in the Multi Protocol Basket list.
