General procedures/consideration

Use these procedures or considerations that apply to all READY View applications.

  • Integrated registration is allowed on READY View images.
• Compute
  • Once the current settings for all input parameters are satisfactory, click Compute to compute and display the functional maps. Computing the functional maps may take a few moments because all functional maps for the entire volume are computed at the same time. This is indicated by the progress bar at the bottom of the main control panel. You can click Stop, located next to the progress bar, to interrupt the computation.
  • If a selection area does not have a Compute button, then the maps are updated real-time as you make a change. For example, when you change the threshold, the source and maps update as the threshold is adjusted. It is not always the case that the absence of a Compute button causes parameter changes to be applied on the fly.
