About this task
Use these steps to rename a preset layout you have created. The only way to modify an existing layout is to create a new layout, rename it as an existing layout, and overwrite the old layout.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the Volume Viewer.
- From the Review Steps area, click the
> Review Manager to open the Figure 1. - To narrow the list of protocols, from the Protocol List select a filter from both menus and click either the my protocols or all protocols option check box.
- From the Protocol List, select the protocol you want to rename.
- You cannot rename factory protocols.
- You can drag and drop a Review Step to the Protocol List. This is not possible if you created the review step in the same session you attempt to move it from the Review Steps list to the Protocol List. Close the Volume Viewer session and open a new Volume Viewer session to move items between the two lists.
- Click Rename.
- Type a new name.
- Click OK.
- Click the X in the upper right corner of the Review Manager screen to close it.
