Auto Protocol scan parameter controls

The following are the basic scan parameters that the optimizing engine controls:

  • Frequency matrix
  • Phase matrix
  • Slice Thickness
  • Spacing (2D only)
  • Locs per Slab (3D) or # Slices (2D)
  • Acceleration factors

There are additional scan parameters for each of the compatible PSDs or one-click applications.
