Auto Protocol scan parameter controls
The following are the basic scan parameters that the optimizing engine controls:
- Frequency matrix
- Phase matrix
- Slice Thickness
- Spacing (2D only)
- Locs per Slab (3D) or # Slices (2D)
- Acceleration factors
There are additional scan parameters for each of the compatible PSDs or one-click applications.
