When comparing several exams or series, the series are automatically linked by the cursor location and are synchronized or registered as you scroll through all series simultaneously.
About this task
Use these steps to for linking exams with the same patient ID and that have series with the same scan planes.
Step-by-step instructions
From the Patient List, select multiple series from an exam.
Press and hold the Ctrl key to select multiple series
From the Session Apps list, click MR General Review.
To view the Toolbar Preferences screen, from the MR General Review work area, click the Preferences icon () in the upper right corner. From the Preferences menu, click Viewports.
To keep the default status of all viewports linked, follow these steps.
From the Viewports Preference screen, verify that Link/Unlink viewports between exams (All modalities) is selected.

Alternatively, from the Visualization toolbar, verify that the Link/Unlink icon ( ) is not active, which indicates that the default state of Link On is active.
