Keyboard shortcuts
Use these procedures for keyboard shortcuts.
- Hover the cursor over a button to view a tool tip that describes the button function.
- Observe the progress bar at the bottom of the screen. It shows the task progress when loading data or processing images.
- Double click on the viewport to enlarge it and display it as full screen. Double Click again to come back to the original display. This does not apply when in Select mouse mode.
Export
| Keyboard | Description |

| F1 | Send a single image to a single film frame in the film composer. |
| F2 | Change the Film Composer format to match the currently displayed screen format and place all the images into the Film Composer. |
| F3 | Place the currently displayed images in a single frame on the Film Composer. |
| F4 | Perform a quick Export of the active viewport. It creates a new series number that includes the W/L and magnification adjustments. |
| S | Save image (with default series description). |
| Alt + S | Creates a screen save or a reformat image type. It also allows you to save a series description and puts each save type into a separate series. |

| A | Optimizes VR settings based on voxel value of 3D cursor. |
| H | Show/hide measurement and trace (vessels or manual). |
| C | Show/hide the 3D cursor on the viewports. |
Alt + Page up Alt + Page down | Switches between the loaded volumes (next, previous) in current viewport. It applies to volumes that have multiple images at each location, for example:

Image interaction
| Keyboard | Description |

| left arrow (<--) right arrow (-->) Page up Page down | The action varies based on the type of image displayed. 3D images: Left right arrows and Page up and Page down buttons rotate 3D images. 2D images: Left right arrows and Page up and Page down buttons scroll up and down the slices. |

| Shift arrow up | Turns the cursor into a hand and allows you to click and trace while pressing the Shift arrow up key. |
Tools

| Tab | Swaps between mouse modes. |
| D | Deletes last point defined on a trace. |
| Insert | Insert a bookmark. |
| X | (Requires the Integrated Registration license) Activates regional registration based on 3D cursor location and uses parameters set in Global Preferences. |
| M | (Requires the Integrated Registration license) Activates manual registration mode (opens the Integrated Registration panel if not already opened). |
| Alt | Edit a trace. |
| Shift arrow key + mouse movement | Draw a trace. |
| L | Activate 2D measurement tool. |
| P N | Focuses on <P>rior or <N>ext measurement. |
| Delete | Deletes active measurement. This can also be done using the <Backspace> key. |
| Ctrl + U | Deletes the current Trace. |
